Manzano Mesa Multigenerational CenterManzano Mesa, a 37,000 square foot multigenerational center, is located at 501 Elizabeth, SE in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It encompasses multipurpose classrooms, an arts and crafts room, computer laboratory, game room, social hall, fitness center, showers and lockers, kitchen, and a 10,000 square foot gymnasium. Manzano Mesa provides meeting space for community organizations, neighborhood groups, and continuing education programs.
MembershipPersons 6 years of age and older can join Manzano Mesa for a membership donation of $13.00 per year. This membership entitles members to participate in all activities throughout the Center. Members 55 years of age and older may also participate in any other Albuquerque senior centers operated by the City of Albuquerque, Department of Senior Affairs.

BreakfastBreakfast is served from 8:00 am to 9:00 am, Monday through Friday. Breakfast can be ordered off the menu. (no reservations required) Prices and menus are available at the front desk.
Lunch is served from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Reservations are required one working day prior to eating lunch at the Center. Reservations can be made at the front desk or by calling (505)275-8731. Meal requirements and menus are available at the front desk.

Fitness CenterThe Fitness Center at Manzano Mesa is equiped with Cybex weight machines, dumbbells, cross-over cables, treadmills, stationary and recumbent bikes, stairmasters and elliptical training machines. The Fitness Center is for members 18 years and older. For more information on the Fitness Center, contact Antoinette Sigala at 275-8731, ext. 232.
The gymnasium at Manzano Mesa provides space for basketball, vollyball, badminton, shuffleboard, exercise classes, and a number of other activities. The gymnasium is for members as well. Water Spray Park (Summer)
Manzano Mesa offers a before and after school program for children 6 to 13 years of age. The before school program is offered from 7:00 am - 9:00 am, Monday through Friday. The after school program is offered from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. It is also offered on Wednesdays from 12:30 to 6:00 pm. Manzano Mesa also offers a six-week summer youth program during the months of June and July. For more detailed information on the youth programs, call (505) 275-8731 or inquire at the front desk.

Manzano Mesa Practices RecyclingManzano Mesa has been designated by the City of Albuquerque, Solid Waste Department, as a distribution site for recycling bags which are available annually. Watch your water bills for the coupon to obtain your recycling bags. There are also containers in the parking lot at Manzano Mesa for those who wish to recycle glass and cardboard. The Center also collects and recycles aluminum cans and paper within the Center itself.
Discarded Eyewear CollectionManzano Mesa has collected hundreds of pairs of discarded eyewear for donation to the Lions Club in their continuing effort to provide the gift of better sight to those in need. Your donations may be left at the front desk.
